Matthew Macfadyen

Logan Mountstuart writer, hopeless love, self-centered of the century, through his life as William Boyd, author of the novel open book: The Diary of Mountstuart Logan, decided to immerse the player in this “adventure” and then the viewer, as he is responsible for the adaptation, broadcast by Channel 4.

The series recently seen on TV in 4 episodes deserves to be seen better after having read the novel.
In addition to Matthew Macfadyen the cast also includes: Sarah Parish, Alison Pill, David Oakes, Goetz Otto, Ian McShane, Eddie Redmayne, Natalia Woerner, Sam Clafin, Liam Galligan and Rufus Sewell.

On May the 12th, 2010 the 63rd edition of the Cannes Film Festival will be opened by Ridley Scott’ Robin Hood played by Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett as stars and Matthew Macfadyen in the role of the Sheriff of Nottingham.
The film, out of competition in Cannes, will arrive in cinemas on May 14th, 2010.
